Communication, Negotiation & Presentation Skills

What do all effective managers have in common? Excellent interpersonal skills. Surprising? Hardly. Experts agree – and it is also common knowledge – that people skills are paramount to personal success. Education and intelligence aside, it is your communication, negotiation, and presentation skills that differentiate you from the rest and help you propel to new heights in your organization. In this three-day seminar, you will learn these skills and emerge a superior business professional.

This seminar is specially designed for today’s busy and ambitious professionals with no-nonsense practical tips, techniques, and strategies that you can implement immediately to get the results you want. The practical aspects of our seminar will bring the art and skill of communication to life. The seminar is highly hands-on and interactive packed with exercises that promote fast learning as well as long retention.

Using The Platinum Rule® self assessment tool, you will find out what your behavioral style is and learn specific strategies to improve your communications with people of your style as well as other styles. Furthermore, you will also learn how to use this tool to improve your negotiation skills.

A unique feature of this seminar is, in the afternoon of the last day, we will have short live presentations by volunteer delegates on topics of their choice followed by individualized coaching on how to improve their presentation skills. We will videotape these sessions and give the presenters copies of the tape for future use. Many previous delegates of this seminar commented that this is one of the best learning experiences in any seminar they had ever attended where they can learn from mistakes that are “cost free.”

Every seminar delegate will receive a user-friendly notebook containing copies of the presentation slides and a book titled Speak with Power, Passion and Pizzazz! 222 Dynamite Tips to Dazzle Your Audience co-authored by your seminar leader Dr. Prasad Kodukula, PMP, PgMP.
